Our adult choir at Christ Church is an active group of 35 Christians dedicated to making music and serving the Lord by sharing our musical gifts. Rehearsals are every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 in the sanctuary. During this time we do vocal warm-ups, rehearse music for Sunday liturgies, practice offertory anthems and prepare for special events such as choir concerts and Coffeehouse Serenade. We also occasionally take time out for socials simply to share in one another’s company.
Besides
preparing music for our Sunday Worship Services, we also sing in our community.
We performed an inspiring concert at Piccolo Spoleto this year at St. Philip's
Church and in August we sang at the Sandpiper Nursing Home.
The
only requirements to joining our choir are your commitment to rehearsals and
