While on the mission trip to Haiti I realized how strong the power of prayer can truly be, with so many

people praying for us here at church. Knowing that so many people were praying for us I felt safe, loved,

protected, and I felt like God was with us the whole time.

As the children came each day, we played soccer, volleyball, or jump rope and we gradually got to

know each other better. Starting to build relationships with the children was very memorable for me on the
