The Daughters of the King is an Order for women who are communicants of the Episcopal Church, or churches in communion with the Episcopal Church. Members commit to a Rule of Life, incorporating the Rule of Prayer and the Rule of Service. By reaffirmation of the promises made at Confirmation, a Daughter pledges herself to a life-long program of prayer, service, and evangelism, dedicated to the spread of Christ’s Kingdom and the strengthening of the spiritual life of the parish. A time for fellowship and outreach projects. We meet on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Click here to see a picture of some of our projects.
Our women’s bible study meets on Thursday afternoons at 1:00 in the Parlor. We are studying the Book of Psalms.
Our Moms' Bible study meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:15-11:00 in the youth room in the parish hall. You may choose from two studies - Philippians led by Joyce Harder or Living Beyond Yourself: Exploring the Fruits of the Spirit video course by Beth Moore. Nursery is provided.
