Rooted in the Bible
Growing together in Christ's Love

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Psalm 119:105 ESV
Bloom is a place where women gather in fellowship to glorify God. Side by side, we study the Bible, serve our community, and love each other.

How to Truly Know God
Monday, September 23
6:30pm Church at LifePark

JP and Rebecca Poisson kick off our theme of Bible literacy - the “how to”’ know God’s Word for yourself and how knowing His word will transform your life. Come for food, fellowship and the “dynamic duo” of teaching God’s Word.
Food For Thought

Monday, October 28
6:30pm Church at LifePark

Amy Parker will conduct a scripture memorization workshop. Amy will teach us why memorization is important and how it will actually deepen your comprehension of scripture.
Advent Wreath Workshop
Monday, November 18
6:30pm Church at LifePark

“Oh come let us adore Him.” Back by popular demand our very own Marie Hoyle will walk us through how to put together a beautiful advent wreath. We will all have the opportunity to make and take home our own wreath. We will gain an understanding of what each candle represents and why we carry on this tradition. $15 for supplies
Intentional Prayer
Monday, January 27
6:30pm Church at LifePark

Jacqui Tabor will speak on the evolution of her personal prayer life and the impact it has had on her life. She has developed her own rhythm of preparation, process and reliance on the Holy Spirit. You will not want to miss her dynamic story, which centers around scripture and the use of God’s Word in prayer.
Spiritual Gifts
Monday, February 24
6:30pm Church at LifePark

If you seek to identify and learn about your God-given talents, Deacon Joyce Harder will lead us on a journey of identifying and understanding our own personal gifts. You might be asking why it is important to learn of your personal Spiritual Gift? The building blocks of our potential are found in our God-given talents.  Understanding what the Bible teaches us about each gift and how these gifts should be used will make it possible for Him to use us in the fullest purposes of ministry.
The Last Supper
Monday, March 24
6:30pm Church at LifePark

Levi and Anna Henkel will lead us in an authentic Passover Meal. In the three synoptic Gospels, Jesus tells Peter and John to prepare the Passover as His last supper. The disciples understood the task because they grew up observing Passover each year. Around the table we will eat what Jesus likely ate, remind ourselves what Jesus said, and learn about the traditions familiar to first-century Israelites.
Spiritual Gifts in Action

Monday, April 28
6:30pm Church at God's Goods

Join us at God's Goods where we explore our God given Spiritual Gifts to build up the church and our community. Spring clean and bring a household donation. Pizza and salad dinner complimentary.

Spiritual Growth
The Bloom theme for 2024 – 2025 is Rooted in the Bible, growing together in Christ’s love.  We will be focusing on Bible literacy, which is obtaining first-hand knowledge of the text. This study provides rich rewards by developing strong Biblical foundations. We will learn how to study God’s Word directly from the source, the Bible. We will learn study techniques outlined in Jen Wilkin’s book, Women of the Word: How to Study the Bible with Both Our Hearts and Our Minds. We will be offering an opportunity to study this book in a small group setting. Look out for sign ups at the first monthly meeting and on our app.
