Where do I take the kids on Sunday Mornings? |

Children’s Church 10am
During the service, Christ Church Kids have the opportunity to come together and journey through the Bible. The children 3K-5th grade follow the cross out during the Song of Praise and will return to the service before Eucharist. Please sign in children 6 weeks -2k in their nursery classroom.
Discipleship Hour
During the Discipleship Hour, Christ Church Kids have their own Discipleship time. In this program, we are studying catechisms which includes a lesson, appropriate game/activity and a craft as well as time to get to know new friends. Children 6 weeks - 2k will remain in the nursery classroom with loving caregivers, PreK and K will have their own program with shorter catechisms and 1st - 5th grade will meet together. Please come check your child in when Discipleship Hour starts and when Discipleship Hour is over please come check your child out.
Nursery: 6 weeks - 2 years
Our Nursery is available for children 6 weeks - 2 years during the service and the Discipleship Hour. Our goal is to offer a safe, loving environment for our littlest members so that parents may feel comfortable and confident as they participate in worship services and discipleship classes. The children engage in Bible Time with age appropriate lesson, prayer and song led by a volunteer.

How do I become a member of Christ Church? |
|
We rejoice that you are exploring opportunities for Christian growth with us. Making a beginning at Christ Church Anglican does not necessarily involve a membership commitment. We want Christ Church Anglican to be a safe place for people to explore what is truly involved in a Christian commitment before making one. However, if that commitment is something you are ready to register, then you may be guided by the following information.
Baptized Membership |
|
Adults not already baptized may join our church by making a profession of faith in Jesus Christ, followed by Baptism. "One Lord, one faith, one Baptism." (Ephesians 4:4). Christ Church Anglican does not "rebaptize." If you have already been baptized with water in the name of the Trinity, you may join by having a record of baptism sent from your former Christian church, regardless of denomination.
Confirmed Membership |
|
Confirmation is actually the completion of the original baptismal rite as practiced by the early Church. The earliest Christians formalized their complete entry into the fellowship, mission, and ministry of the Church by being baptized with water, then being sealed as Christ's own with the mark of the Cross made with oil upon their foreheads, and, finally, coming under the hands of an Apostle, or later a Bishop in the line of Apostolic succession, who prayed for them to receive the power of the Holy Spirit for the ministry of their life in the world. To become a confirmed member one attends the series of Adult Discipleship classes that precedes the Bishop's annual visitation in May.
