Christ Church Kids have one great purpose: "Go and Make Disciples" (Matthew 28:19)
Our vision is: Forming the life of Christ in all, becoming equipped to share the love of God with others. We do so by engaging children and families in age-appropriate and culturally-relevant ways to encourage them to embrace their faith and empower them to live it outside the church. We will partner with parents for the discipleship of their children following the Biblical mandate in Deuteronomy 6:4-9.

CHRIST CHURCH KIDS - SUNDAYS
9am Contemporary Service in the Parish Hall
Visitors - please come to the Parish Hall so the Greeter Team can direct you.
NURSERY: Birth - 2K
Our goal is to offer a safe, loving environment for our littlest members so that parents feel comfortable and confident as they participate in worship services and discipleship classes. Our Nursery is available for children birth – 2k during the 9am service. We have 2 rooms staffed by certified and trained nursery staff, Room A101 for the under 2s and room A102 for 2 years – 2K. Children should be dropped off in the respective classroom and signed in (beepers are available) before the start of the service. Parents are welcome to retrieve their children for Eucharist or at the end of the service.
CHRIST CHURCH KIDS WORSHIP:
3K - 5th Grade
At the beginning of this service, families gather in the Parish Hall. Children 3K and older gather in the back with the Children’s Ministry Team and are invited to follow the cross out of the Parish Hall during the song after the opening announcement. Christ Church Kids Worship takes place in Children's Building led by members of the Children’s Ministry team, and parents are always welcome to join. Praise Place (3k-5k) and Zone (1st-5th grade) children are taught separately.
The Children’s sermon is an age-appropriate lesson involving the scripture(s) of the day, and when time allows the Christ Church Kids engage in games and lesson-supporting crafts. The children rejoin their parents before Eucharist.

PRAISE PLACE: 3K-5K
The children will begin in the Praise Place worship room where they will engage in free play or crafts as the children assemble. Praise Place worship includes Lesson, Songs of Praise, Prayers of the People, and the Offertory. These children might be little, but they are big disciples!
The children will then be assembled to join their parents in the worship service at the Peace.

THE ZONE:
1st-5th Grade
Elementary children will gather in the Zone worship for reading or other activities. During Zone Worship the kids learn the basic components of the liturgy. We open with worship music and move on to the prescribed lessons of the day with age-appropriate life application. We will then move on to the Apostles’ Creed, Prayers of the People, and Offertory. This is a fun and interactive time of learning the love of God through Jesus Christ.
