The Vestry is elected by the congregation from its membership to serve as the leadership council of the parish. The Vestry consists of 12 members who serve staggered three year terms and meet monthly to review and guide the spiritual, ministerial, and fiscal life of the parish. They elect from among themselves a Senior and Junior Warden as their leading officers. The Rector, who is the senior priest of the parish, is also part of the Vestry and presides at its meetings. In this way, the ordained minister and the elected lay ministers of the congregation share the authority and responsibility of the church’s leadership.
