Ministry Description:
A full-time position responsible for the development and implementation of ministry with youth grades six through twelve.
This position works closely with the Director of Children’s Ministry, and together both ministries work under the supervision of the Associate Rector as he works with young families.
Attendance at weekly staff meeting is expected.

Ministry Description:
A full-time position responsible for the development and implementation of ministry with youth grades six through twelve.
This position works closely with the Director of Children’s Ministry, and together both ministries work under the supervision of the Associate Rector as he works with young families.

Ministry Vision and Goal:
- This position will work with staff and parishioners to achieve:
- The Parish Vision: We are a church with one great purpose: "Make disciples." (Mt. 28:19) Thus, "Thus, in everything becoming more like Christ."
- The Discipleship Vision: Forming the life of Christ in all.
Key Ministry Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with youth and their families; call, train, and lead others to do the same.
- Develop and implement goals and plans for ministry to middle and high school youth; including a weekly Sunday Discipleship class, regular gatherings outside of Sunday morning, annual Confirmation process, mission trip, Student Leadership University, summer camp, retreats, service opportunities, among other formation initiatives.
- Develop annual calendar, budgets and communication in support of this ministry.

- Possessing a passion for ministry with youth
- Knowledge of Scripture and ability to communicate Salvation History and the Gospel in a way engaging to middle and high school students
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work both with a staff team, and as a self-starter
- College degree preferred
