We invite you to join the Rectors’ Forum as we journey through two meaningful seasons of teaching and reflection.
Eastertide Forums (May 4, 18 & 25): During the Easter season, our focus in the Rectors’ Forum will be on the Book of Acts. Preachers scheduled during Eastertide will base their sermons on the Gospel reading, while the Forum will explore themes from the Acts reading. Please note that the Forum will only meet on May 4, 18, and 25, making these Sundays especially significant for our shared study and conversation. Summer in the Psalms (June 8 – August 24): This summer, we launch an exciting new series: Summer in the Psalms. Each week, speakers will choose a psalm—any psalm that speaks to them—and present it in a way that brings it to life. You might explore its historical background, poetic form, musical interpretations, or connections to personal or communal experience. Whether it’s a psalm that’s been turned into a hymn or one that reflects a moment in David’s life, we’re encouraging a creative and fresh approach. This is a rare opportunity to dive deeply into a beloved but often underexplored part of Scripture. We look forward to a rich season of learning, reflection, and discovery with you. All are welcome to participate—come with curiosity and a spirit of engagement! |
